No, we currently cannot resize rings due to not having the right equipment to do so. however sometime this year we hope to offer this service.

Can you describe how delivery and pickup work?

Delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks after purchase. Pick up can be arranged for local customers in Wellington, New Zealand.

What's your policy on returns and exchanges?

We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery. Please see our full About Us page for further details.

What is the NZ post shipping options for what countries does it cover?

The NZ post options in the checkout are only available for New Zealand customer only.
